Refund Eligibility

Why didn't I get a refund?
Any full price item that is returned undamaged, unworn, unwashed and still has the original tags attached can be issued a full refund. Any SALE (sale items consist of any items that were purchased at an amount reduced from the original price) item that is returned undamaged, unworn, unwashed and still has the original tags on can be issued a store credit code only. Any damaged, worn or washed items, or items that do not have the tags still attached are not eligible for a refund or store credit code and will be returned to the customer. 

Standard Items:  
Sealed With a Kiss Designs will gladly accept unwashed and unworn merchandise for return by mail. Items must be returned in original condition and include all tags and labels attached.  Items must be in new condition ONLY and be unworn, unsoiled, undamaged, unaltered and fragrance-free.
Please note, if Return requirements are not met, items will be returned to you and no refund will be given.

To receive a full refund, the return must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.

After we receive your return, it can take up to 30 business days to process your return. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment. Please allow one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement. Please note:  Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
  

Exchanges:
Unfortunately we are not able to accept exchanges at this time. Should you wish to exchange your item, you should return the item as outlined above and simply place a new order for the new item that you wish to receive.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ARE NONREFUNDABLE

 
Sale Merchandise:
Store credit will be accepted on Sale items that are unwashed and unworn. Items must be returned in original condition and include all tags and labels attached.  Items must be in new condition ONLY and be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, undamaged, unaltered and fragrance-free.Returns will be accepted up to 30 days. After 30 days, no credit will be given. No cash refunds will be given; only merchandise credit (does not include shipping charges).

All sales for Outlet merchandise are FINAL sale only.

All Special Sales (including Holidays, Pink Hanger Sale, Sunday Sale Alert, Limited Promotions and Sale-a-Palooza) Merchandise:
Store credit will be accepted up to 30 days. After 30 days, no credit will be given. No cash refunds will be given; only merchandise credit (does not include shipping charges). After 30 days from purchase, all Sale-A-Palooza marked down merchandise is FINAL.

Accessories, Scarves, and Belts:
No returns will be accepted on Accessories, Scarves, or Belts. All sales are FINAL.
 
Policy on Promotionally Priced Items:
Sealed With a Kiss Designs reserves the right to put items on sale or reduce pricing at any time. Promotional prices are good only during the time of the actual promotional period. Please be reminded that Sealed With a Kiss Designs does not issue price adjustments on items when these items are later put on promotion or have had the price reduced.
