What do I do if there was a mistake made on my order?
We’re human. And that means sometimes, we make mistakes. We do our absolute best to make sure your order is processed accurately and promptly. When a mistake is made, we correct it! Just let us know if there was an error with your order. We will ship you out the correct item AND include a prepaid return label for you to ship us back the incorrect or damaged item. It’s that simple. 

Please note:  We cannot send prepaid labels to international locations. You will need to ship the item back to us, and we will reimburse you for the shipping cost (standard shipping rates only).
